Building the fuselage assembly jig.

Here's the jig running down the center of the fuselage.

Everything is clamped to the jig and it holds all the frames in position.

It's a very simple design that's been used for years to build Falcos.

Here are the tail spars clamped to the jig

But in fact, you first build the tail surfaces and then put them in place on this jig.

Now the firewall frame is clamped on as well as the forward wing spar.
